The latest report from CINNO Research shows that in January 2023, China's new energy project investment amounted to 777.8 billion yuan (including Taiwan), and the new energy industry continued to maintain a high investment trend.

Specifically, the main flow of investment funds in the new energy industry in China (including Taiwan) in January 2023 is as follows:

The amount of investment in wind power and photovoltaics is about 316.7 billion yuan, accounting for about 40.7%;

The total investment in lithium battery energy storage is 263.7 billion yuan, accounting for about 33.9%;

The total investment in energy storage is 163.7 billion yuan, accounting for about 21.1%;

The total investment in hydrogen energy is 19.8 billion yuan, accounting for about 2.5%.

In 2022, my country's renewable energy will enter a stage of large-scale and high-quality leapfrog development. The newly installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the country will exceed 120 million kilowatts, a record high, driving the installed capacity of renewable energy to exceed 1.2 billion kilowatts.

The National Energy Administration predicts that by 2025, my country's wind power and solar power generation will double on the basis of 2020, and in the new electricity consumption of the whole society, renewable energy will exceed 80%.
